Welcome to Ski Swap 2021!! We are so excited to be holding Ski Swap this year and have been working hard to make sure that this event is in accordance with the University of Puget Sound’s COVID guidelines. This year will look a little different than the past, and will include a few additional but necessary steps to ensure individuals can safely attend. These are as follows:
- Everyone MUST be vaccinated. If you are not vaccinated, you will not be able to attend. This includes children 12 and under who have not been vaccinated.
- Everyone attending must fill out the Google Form. This helps to fulfill the University’s Contact Tracing requirements. Please fill it out before the event. If you have not done so upon arrival at the event, names, emails, phone numbers and vaccination status will be taken and recorded at the door by members of the Ski Team.
- Masks will be required at all times and social distancing guidelines must be followed. We are limiting the capacity of the space to 75%. If the show-out is larger than this capacity, there will be a socially-distanced line formed outside to maintain safe practices.
- If you are feeling unwell for any reason, please do not attend. This includes a fever, chills, a recent cough, sore throat, congestion, nausea, loss of smell or taste, etc.

To add inventory use the button below. There is a 30 percent consignment fee if your item is sold. Once you register your items you can bring them in on friday the 3rd 2021 between 1pm-7:30 pm. If your item is sold a check will be sent out by the end of the week. After the sale you will get a list of your items that sold or did not sell, please check your spam box. You can come pick your items up Sunday between 1 and 5pm. Please try and make it by then if you can not please let us know ahead of time and we can try and make arrangements
