GEAR REGISTRATION WILL OFFICIALLY OPEN ON SEPTEMBER 1ST, 2025.

Sale Date:  Saturday, October 12th.
Ticketed Pre-sale Party on Friday night, October 11th.
Sale Time: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, Discount Hours 3:00 PM-5:00 PM
Location: The Bend Ice Pavilion, 1001 SW Bradbury Way (off Colorado Street in Bend, Oregon)

BEFORE REGISTERING GEAR:

Please carefully read all about Skyliners Ski Swap consignment process on mbsefskiswap.com. Consignors are responsible for understanding Swap procedures, expectations and agreements.

HOW TO REGISTER GEAR:

1.  Set up an account here on myskiswap.com.  Make sure you save your login information, also be sure to include your mailing address in your account information so MBSEF can send you a check for items sold.  If you add your phone number to your account you will receive a text message when one of your registered items sells.

2. Optional, but highly recommended: Take a photo of each item you plan to sell and make sure they are on the device you will be using to create your inventory.  This makes it easier to locate your item price if it is separated from the tag.

3. Be sure you are in "MBSEF Skyliners Ski Swap" at the start of your consignment process as this software does host other swaps.

4. Click "Add your inventory"

5. List each of your items individually, unless you have multiples of the same thing. In that case you can choose a quantity of up to 10 on one line. Make sure to include brand information. Use "model" field to note notable color/design if model is unknown or not applicable.

6. Select "Discount" if you'd like your item to be automatically discounted during the final "Discount Hours" of the sale (3-5pm). Your options will be: No discount, 10% Discount, 25% Discount, and 50% Discount.

7. Optional but recommended: Upload photo of item to your listing - photo won't appear until you click "Create Inventory."

After each item entry click the blue "Create Inventory" button to add it to your list of registered items.

AFTER THE SALE:

You will receive a list via email of your items that sold or did not sell, so please look for it and remember to check your spam box.  You can pick up unsold items between 9:00-11:00 AM on Sunday, October 12th at the Pavilion.  Any items not picked up by 11:00 AM will be donated to local organizations. 

MBSEF will send you a check for any sold items within 10 days after the conclusion of the sale. Be sure the mailing address you've entered as part of your account set-up is accurate.
