SKI SWAP SALES DETAILS:
GEAR DROP OFF :
Date & Time: October 11, 2024 @ 3-6pm
Locations: BOTH Sturtevant’s in Hailey (1 Carbonate Street) and Sturtevants in Ketchum (340 N Main Street) will be open and accepting equipment between 3-6pm.
At drop-off, a label with a sale barcode will be printed for each of the items pre-registered on myskiswap.com. Our staff and volunteers will label and sort your gear, and transport your items to the Hailey location on Friday evening (if dropped at the Sturtevants in Ketchum). You can register additional gear during the Friday Oct. 11 drop off time if you missed any items during the pre-registration process.
*Day-of donations will not be accepted. You must register items by Friday Oct. 11 @ 6pm.
GEAR PICK UP :
Gear pick up will be held at Sturtevants in Hailey on Sunday, October 13th from 10am-12pm. Any items left behind will be donated.

Support tuition-free ski programming for our valley's youth while earning a little extra cash on your unused or outgrown ski equipment and clothing. We are excited to streamline our annual ski swap to make it easy for you to register your gear, get notifications when items sell, designate whether you want unsold gear to be donated or if you prefer to pick it up, and more.
WHAT DOES THE ROTARUN SKI SWAP SUPPORT?
Your donations to the Ski Swap are an essential component to Rotarun's annual fundraising efforts. A percentage of the sales from the Ski Swap directly support the programming and operations at Rotarun Ski Area, including the tuition-free Rota-Rippers and Rota-Ravens after-school programs and free public ski evenings for our community.
SKI SWAP SALES DETAILS:
- Sellers take home 75% of the final sale price, 25% of all sales go to support Rotarun programs and operations.
- During gear drop-off on Friday, Oct. 11, all goods designated by sellers to be included in the "fire sale" will be 50% off during the final hour of the ski swap from 3-4 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 12
- Sellers can choose to donate any unsold gear or pick up unsold gear up at Sturtevants the following day (Sunday, October 13) from 10-12pm.
