Mark your calendar for the Annual Team Summit Ski and Snowboard Swap! Happening Friday, October 24th through Sunday, October 26th at the Copper Conference Center at Copper Mountain Resort!

Buy new and used skis, snowboards, boots, clothing, and accessories at bargain prices while raising money for Team Summit’s Scholarship Fund!

Team Summit Colorado Annual Ski Swap Consignment Policies Explained

We’re excited to welcome you to Team Summit Colorado’s Annual Ski Swap! Whether you’re clearing out your gear closet or finding new equipment, this event helps support our athletes and programs. Below are the key details and guidelines to ensure a smooth experience for all consignors.

Event Dates & Times

Friday, October 24

Consignment: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Sale: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Saturday, October 25

Consignment: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sale: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

*(hours are subject to change)

Sunday, October 26

Sale: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pick-Up of Unsold Items: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM at Copper Mountain

Key Consignment Policies

Pick-Up Deadline: All unsold items must be picked up by 6:00 PM on Sunday. Any items left after this time will be considered a donation to Team Summit Colorado.
*As a non-profit, our storage space is extremely limited. We aim to move items quickly to make room for programming, projects, competitions, events and more.

Safety & Liability:
Any indemnified bindings or helmets will be marked as “Decorative” to inform buyers these items should not be used with the expectation of standard performance.
*This helps protect both consignors and buyers, while ensuring safety for all.

Print and attach your labels before arriving to save time at check-in.
*If you want to do this process onsite, you may do that too. We recommend bringing a tablet to make the consignment experience as smooth as possible for you.

Label in Advance || Pre-labeled items go through check-in faster.
Arrive Early || Mornings tend to be less busy than afternoons.
