Every fall, the Sundown Ski Patrol holds a fundraiser to help support the patrol. The proceeds from the Annual Swap enable patrollers to further their education and hone their skills in areas such as Outdoor Emergency Care, skiing, snowboarding, and toboggan handling. This is the time for skiers and snowboarders to purchase new and used equipment and receive incredible deals. The Ski Patrol will help you sell your used ski and/or snowboard equipment for a nominal fee.

WHEN:  Sunday, November 9, 2025, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM in the Mountain Center. 

WHAT: Gently used boots, skis, poles, snowboards, bindings, helmets, ski and snowboard clothing, boot bags, and ski/board bags. There are some restrictions on what ski bindings the ski patrol can sell. A list of indemnified bindings will be available at the SWAP check-in counter. Damaged or severely worn items will be refused.

EQUIPMENT CHECK-IN (Register to Sell Your Stuff): Drop off items to sell at the Mountain Center on Saturday, November 8, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to noon. Ski Patrol charges a $5 handling fee for 1-5 items and $2 for each additional item to be sold; This amount is due when you drop off your item(s). The volunteers at check-in will take your information and enter it into our database; come prepared with your items priced to sell. You may choose to DONATE your unsold items. Keep your check-in receipt for payment and/or item pick-up at 3:00-5:00 PM Sunday, November 9, 2025.

EQUIPMENT CHECK-OUT and PAYMENTS:  If your item(s) sell, Ski Patrol writes you a check for the total items sold minus 15% of the sale, which the Ski Patrol keeps. Items not sold should be picked up and checked-out from 3:00-5:00 PM on Sunday, November 9, 2025. Items not picked up by 5:00 PM Sunday, November 9, 2025, will be considered a donation. Sundown Ski Patrol may sell your item(s), or dispose of them accordingly, and retain any and all funds from your item's sale.
