Dates and times:

     Happy hour from 2 to 3 pm (marked items are 10-50% off - look for the $ sign on the label)

Early Bird Special: buy a raffle ticket and get into the ski swap 15 minutes early through a special access door! The raffle ticket(s) will be your swap entry ticket and will be available for purchase at the ski swap (show up early!). Each ticket is $20; only 200 tickets sold. 

Sellers: Please only bring gear that is not more than 8-10 years old. We keep 30% of the sales price as a consignment fee; all proceeds to go to support the ASC and UAA Ski Team. We accept any kind of skis, boots, winter clothing, skates, and all other winter gear. Check out our FAQ on our website for tips and how-to's. Please note that the Ski Swap organizers are not responsible for lost or misplaced items and that ALL unsold items left over after the gear pick up time on Saturday will be disposed of or donated. 

Buyers: You can find just about any equipment that has to do with winter sports at the ski swap. Whether you are interested in alpine skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, telemark skiing, or back country skiing you will find equipment to fit your needs.

If you are new to the sport we can help you get started; our ski experts (athletes) will be on the floor ready to answer your questions.

Most of the equipment that is sold at the swap is in pretty good to excellent condition… the previous owners have already loved the equipment but want to move on to newer gear.

Prices will vary but you can expect to find some very good deals. It is not uncommon to find starter packages (skis, boots, poles, clothes) sold for under $100. Good equipment sells for a fraction of the original price.

Payment can be made via cash, or credit card. There is a 3% credit card fee. We keep 30% of the sales price as a consignment fee; Proceeds go to the UAA Ski Team and Alyeska Ski Club.

Vendors, please make sure to print your tags on the color paper you were assigned. When tagging items, please avoid taping over the barcodes.
